Swindon Town Head Coach Ben Garner knows his team will need to be at their best against Exeter City this evening.
The Reds are back in EFL Sky Bet League Two action this evening when they take on The Grecians at St. James Park - 7:45pm Kick-Off - and Garner outlined what his team will need to do in order to pick up another huge three points.
"It’s a huge motivating factor, knowing if we win the game we go into the top three is huge, and obviously, we all want to do that," Garner said.
"We’ve got four wins from five. We want to maintain that momentum, we want to keep winning games as best we can, especially being against one of our rivals at that top end of the league, so, it’s a huge game without a doubt, which they all are now.
"We need to go there with our sleeves rolled up and show our character, but also go there and show our quality.
"We know it’s going to be a tough game, they play very well and they came to us a few weeks ago, they beat us narrowly without us playing well on the day, so we can take heart from that, that we were close to winning the game without being at our best.
"If we can get closer to those performance levels on Tuesday night, then we give ourselves every chance."
