Our aim at the Academy is to help prepare our players for the Day-To-day challenges they may face, both inside and outside of football.
We look to develop our players and staff to be able to make informed decisions about their wellbeing and future. The players wellbeing, mental health, emotional intelligence and physical capabiliites are a vital aspect in their holistic development.
We are looking to develop independent decision makers who are prepared for a career withn football and beyond.
To achieve this we look to make sure the players footballing and academic potential and aspirations are realised through our development and education programmes. This is done alongside and working with the FA, EFL and LFE.
We work hard together to ensure that players are better educated, equipped and prepared for life both and off the pitch through our player journey and player care programmes.
Everything we do is delivered with a focus of developing the Academy Core Values.
