Swindon Town are delighted to announce that The Hills Group will continue its sponsorship of the club for the 2023/24 season as our official waste management partner.
The Hills Group is a local family-owned company serving the region since 1900. It employs over 700 staff and supplies quarry products, waste and recycling services as well as building high-quality homes.
The company has had a long association with Swindon Town FC and Edward Hill, the founder and great-grandfather of the current CEO Mike Hill, even served as director and treasurer of the club before the Second World War!
The Hills Group will continue to work closely with our facilities team to manage our waste collections and reduce our environmental impact. This is very important to the football club and continues from the work that has been done by Michael Doughty over the past few months.
The Hills Group provide seperate waste and recycling collection bins that are located across the stadium to ensure that the club achieves maximum recycling and minimises its general waste. This is something that we are keen for our supporters to support.
Swindon Town FC Commercial Manager, James Watts, said: "We are delighted that we have been able to extend our agreement with The Hills Group for the 2023/2024 season.
"We look forward to working with everyone at The Hills Group throughout this season and beyond."
Mike Hill, Chief Executive of The Hills Group, said: “As a local Swindon business, we are proud of the association and wish the club, players and staff all the very best for the 2023/24 season.”
