Important Information:

Tranmere has limited availability for fans requiring wheelchair bays so please pay particular attention to the instructions regarding purchase of these. This also applies to fans needing disabled parking.

Any fans who are ambulant disabled but think they may struggle to manage the short flight of stairs in our away end can ask one of the stewards on arrival to allow them to enter at ground level to access some lower-level seating.

Tranmere can also provide access to a disabled toilet or a Changing Places facility, which is only situated in the home end, however, there is stoma-friendly toilets in the away end.

There is also a quiet room which can be used for supporters who may have sensory requirements, for breastfeeding or prayer, these can all be accessed by speaking to a steward.

The away end is ticket only with fans encouraged to buy in advance and our Ticket Office will confirm if tickets will be sold on the day and where these will be available from.

Ticket collections will be either from inside the club shop or from the ticket collections window next to the shop.

Any supporters requiring an upgrade to hospitality need to contact our ticket office directly well in advance at 03330 144452. These lounges are also accessible via a lift for fans with disabilities. Both lounges include food, one being self-service and the other being a more formal sit-down meal.

Fans are reminded that Prenton Park is a no-smoking stadium, including e-cigarettes, as well as a strict no-pyro policy in place. Should a pyro be set off, the food and drink outlets will be closed immediately to protect the safety of staff at Prenton Park.

Flags, complete with a fire safety certificate are permitted and fans should alert a steward on arrival at the away end to be shown where to place their flags. Drums are also usually permitted, however, Tranmere asks for drums and any other instruments fans contact us in advance either via email or social media so they can inform matchday stewards.

Town supporters can also call TRFC’s Match Day Incident Line which can be contacted if a supporter hears any discriminatory or threatening language, or to report something that needs immediate attention. The number is 07399 152692. The Kick it Out app can also be used to report any incidents at Prenton Park.
