Swindon Town have been drawn against Salisbury in the semi-finals of the 1st Office Wiltshire County FA Premier Shield.

The match will take place at The Raymond McEnhill Stadium on Tuesday 28 March, with kick off scheduled for 7.45pm.

A youthful Robins overcame neighbours Chippenham Town in the quarters to progress to the next stage of the competition, with a Tomi Adeloye brace and Oscar Massey goal proving decisive in a 3-1 win last month.

Salisbury booked their semi-final place with a 5-1 victory over Highworth Town earlier this week.

The competition, now in its 136th year, sees the highest placed clubs across the area compete for the historic honour.

Swindon have won the competition on 28 occasions, and last lifted the trophy during the 2009/10 campaign.

The current holders are Swindon Supermarine, who beat Corsham in last season’s showdown at the County Ground, marking the competitions return after a ten year absence.

The other semi-final this term will see Melksham Town host Westbury United on Tuesday 7 March.
