Swindon Town forward Jacob Wakeling has been nominated for the EFL Sky Bet League Two Goal of the Month Award for February.
The 21-year-old is in the running to scoop the honour after his impressive spin and flick which earned Town a point in the one-all draw away at table-topping Leyton Orient last month.
The former Leicester City man has seven league goals to his name so far this term since heading to the County Ground in the summer.
He’ll go up against strikes by Stockport County’s Jack Powell, Dan Kemp of AFC Wimbledon and Bradford’s top marksman Andy Cook for the accolade.
Fans are invited to watch the pick of last months’ goals and vote for their favourite before 5pm on Monday 13 March via the official EFL website here.
Supporters’ votes will be combined with the choices of a judging panel comprising of Sky Sports’ EFL experts and former players Don Goodman and David Prutton and announced shortly.
Good luck Jacob!
