Swindon have recalled winger Morgan Roberts from his loan at Aldershot Town, with youngster Tom Wynn-Davis swapping North Leigh for Wantage on a short-term deal until the end of the season.
Roberts, 22, joined The Shots last month on an initial deal until May in a bid to get some more regular game time.
He made two starts for the Vanarama National League side, but has now returned to SN1 where he’ll join back up with the first-team setup.
Meanwhile, Tom Wynn-Davis has ended his loan at Southern League Premier Division South side North Leigh early to gain some more experience at Wantage Town.
He’ll spend the rest of the current campaign at Alfredian Park in the Hellenic League Premier Division, where fellow academy team mate Shyam Taank is currently plying his trade.
The 18-year-old, who has one first-team appearance under his belt this term having come on as a second half substitute in Town’s 2-0 home defeat to Crystal Palace Under-21s in the EFL Trophy back in August, embarks on his second stint with The Freds this term.
He scored seven times in his eight appearances for them last time around, contributing three assists having joined them at the beginning of January.
We’d like wish Tom all the very best in his latest loan as we continue to monitor his development this season.
