Loan Round-Up: Aguiar continues his scoring touch

The latest news on Town's loaned-out players

15 September 2023

An update on several members of the Swindon first-team and academy squads' involvements for their loan clubs.

Tomi Adeloye

It was a tough day at the office for forward Tomi Adeloye last weekend, with the 27-year-old starting in what was an unfortunate 3-2 Scottish Challenge Cup defeat for Partick Thistle to Queen of the South.

The forward was later replaced in the game, with Brian Graham taking his place in the 77th minute.

Ricky Aguiar

The midfielder has continued his great start to life on loan with Worthing, playing in their previous two fixtures since the last update, contributing with a goal in the 2-0 victory over Welling.

This was coupled with a strong performance against Hemel in a 1-1 draw that sees the Rebels currently occupy the second place spot in the Vanarama National League South.

Anton Dworzak

The young midfielder recently made the temporary switch to North Leigh, with the 18-year-old playing his first game for North Leigh in a 2-0 defeat to Kidlington last weekend.

Dworzak and his teammates will be hoping for a response as they look ahead to their next fixture against Kempston Rovers in a couple of weeks, with their next two fixtures postponed in The Pitching In Southern League - Division One Central.

Harvey Fox

Similarly to Dworzak, Fox has moved to North Leigh after a spell with Swindon Supermarine in his previous loan spell.

However, the wide-man did not feature for North Leigh having only signed for them this week and will now look ahead to their next game in two weeks against Kempston Rovers.

Archie Milne

The young defender has continued to excel since his player-of-the-match against Fairford Town earlier in the season.

Since then, Milne has played 90 minutes against Royal Wootton Bassett in a 7-1 win, played Hereford Lads Club and drew 1-1, before a cup victory last Tuesday against Devizes having drew 1-1 before winning 7-6 on penalties.

He will be looking ahead to their next game on Tuesday against Slimbridge in the Hellenic Premier Division.
