Swindon Town Women Development midfielder Maddie Hines will depart Town Women following the conclusion of the FA Women's Reserve League ahead of a move to Nottingham Trent University.
Joining Town initially in 2016 through Swindon Town Community Foundation's Education programme, Maddie has been a Swindon Town supporter her whole life.
The 18-year-old midfielder has been an influential and integral part of the Women's development side this campaign following both Women's sides, the first-team and development integrating directly with Swindon Town Football Club back in September 2022.
This season the midfielder has featured sixteen times for the Development side, captaining the side in each while scoring four goals. Her only goal for the first-team came in her debut against Melksham in December 2023.
Town Women Development Manager, Chiarna Deller added: "Maddie has been an integral part of Swindon Town Women for the last three seasons, starting with the Under-16’s, winning the cup and league double.
"She has also played for the Under-18’s cup-winning team and captained the Development side this season.
"Maddie has such a good mentality and is determined to always be at her best and she will be greatly missed from the Development Team next season."
We wish Maddie all of the best in the next stage of her footballing journey.
