For the first time in ten years, The County Ground will host a major music event in Swindon in May 2024 next month.
Swindon Town is now delighted to announce that we will be hosting two events on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of May 2024, May Bank Holiday weekend next month.
Our weekend event will begin on Saturday 25th May with, Chris Moyles presenting '90s Hangover' which will see the former Radio 1 DJ, begin his Euros Special tour ahead of the UEFA Euro 2024 competition, you can see the full line-up here.
Our second event will be on Sunday 26th May, presenting 'Could Be Real' Tribute Festival, bringing you The UK’s Best Tribute artists, with the full line-up announced here.
Chief Commercial Officer, James Watts said: "This is a huge event not only for the people of Swindon but Wiltshire."
"We are looking at a five-year plan to bring bigger and better concerts to the stadium each year as a new revenue stream for the football club."
"Ticket sales have been positive so far with over 3,500 tickets sold and there is a great demand for hospitality at the event so we are looking forward to what promises to be a great weekend at The County Ground."
