Fans Guide: Swindon Town Women vs Selsey FC

Town Women back in action at The County Ground this weekend

23 March 2024

Swindon Town Women make a return to the County Ground on Sunday to take on Selsey in the FAWNL.

This will be the penultimate home league game of the season, with the last home game taking place at Foundation Park the following weekend.

For some of the Town Women's squad, it will be their first time playing on the County Ground and for Town Women Assistant Manager, Jonny House, who is an avid STFC fan, it will be the first time that he will be in the dugout at Swindon's home ground. We will also be joined by our own Rockin' Robin!

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of Sunday's league fixture:

We encourage supporters looking to come to the game, to be in the ground by 13:45 to celebrate her achievement at the time too.

Town will also be presenting their player of the match post-match by Paul Hedges from STFC Museum as we encourage supporters to stay post-game to congratulate the selected winner after the final whistle.

Finally, there will be several local schools and grassroots clubs in attendance at the game including Blunsdon FC, Eldene Junior School, Wiltshire FC, Swindon Nalgo Lionesses, St. Catherines School, Wroughton Infant School, Wroughton Witches, Park Youth FC and Lawn Primary School to support Town on Sunday afternoon.
