Swindon Town Women's manager Richard Wood has been nominated for FA Women's National League's Manager of the Month for February.
It was an impressive month for Wood's side, finishing unbeaten across last month and winning emphatically in both the victories in the fixtures against league opponents against Selsey away and Portishead Town at home.
Following the comprehensive victory over Selsey at the start of the month, Town went on to progress in the Wiltshire FA Women’s Cup and pick up a point against Keynsham before finishing the month with another brilliant victory against Portishead that saw them score 23 times across three league games.
During this time, Swindon only conceded once over the course of February and shows how defensively impressive Swindon Town Women were during the month too.
