Swindon Town Academy's Sonny Hart has joined Isthmian League Premier Division side Canvey Island on a work experience loan.
The 18-year-old, who has been ever-present for Swindon Town Academy's Youth Alliance League, Cup, and FA Youth Cup competitions this season has joined Essex based side, Canvey Island on a work experience loan to help further develop the young defender.
Hart has been involved in a defense that conceded once in 7 games undefeated at the end of their Youth Alliance campaign while keeping four clean sheets in their historic FA Youth Cup run.
Under-18s Manager, Sean Wood said: "Sonny continues his individual development on loan at Canvey Island and he has played a pivotal part of the Under-18s programme defensively this season.
"This opportunity will give Sonny a perfect opportunity to expand and learn more about his game defensively while another experience of Men's football."
Canvey Town and Brad Wellman's side are next in action tonight with a league fixture home to Horsham at The Moviestarr Stadium.
