Ben Garner was appointed as the new Head Coach of Swindon Town Football Club on 21st July 2021.

In his first move as the new owner of Swindon Town, Clem Morfuni appointed Garner as the Football Club's new Head Coach.

Once mentored by former Chelsea Manager Jose Mourinho, Garner has worked for West Bromwich Albion as Assistant Head Coach and for Crystal Palace as First-Team Coach, where he was part of the team that won promotion back to the Premier League in 2012-13.

Following a brief spell in India as Assistant Head Coach under Steve Coppell at ATK, Garner took his first Head Coach role with Bristol Rovers in December 2019.

Garner earned plaudits for his ability to nurture and develop young talent, and he has developed an incredibly attractive style of football at SN1.

After guiding Town to a stellar August, Garner was nominated for the EFL Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month Award in what was been a pleasing start to life at SN1 for our Head Coach.
