Striker Tomi Adeloye joined The Reds from Scottish side Ayr United in July 2022.

The 26-year-old, who scored 14 goals for Scottish Championship side Ayr United last season, signed a two-year contract at The County Ground and joined on a free transfer.

Adeloye signed his first professional contract with Stoke City back in 2014, before heading out to Macclesfield Town on loan and then spending several years in non-league, turning out for the likes of Chelmsford Town, Dover Athletic, Welling United and Altrincham.

In 2017, he signed for Hartlepool United, making just the one appearance, before heading to Whitehawk on a free transfer.

He found a home at Dagenham & Redbridge in August 2018, scoring three times in 15 games, before netting three in just four matches for Ebbsfleet Town the following year.

Barnet came calling in February last term, and some impressive performances earned him a switch to Scotland where he enjoyed his most prolific season to date, helping the Championship strugglers avoid relegation with 11 league goals and three in the League Cup.

After just the one season, the forward, who stands at just under six foot two inches, has opted for a fresh challenge and come to SN1.
