To do this, please call the Ticket Office on 0330 002 1879 option 1 or email queries@swindontownfc.co.uk for further information.

The club would like to inform supporters that upgrades cannot be processed on the day of the match.

In the unusual circumstance, that a match is abandoned during play the following points/policies will come into effect:

If the game is abandoned for any reason before halftime, the spectators may be admitted to the re-arranged fixture for 50% of the normal admission charge.

If the abandonment occurs after half-time, the normal admission charges for the re-arranged fixture will apply.

If the game is postponed prior to kick-off, tickets purchased for that fixture will be valid for the rearranged fixture. In the event of a fixture being postponed prior to kick-off, refunds will be issued once both clubs have agreed to a new date with the original ticket being valid (this applies to away games also subject to the away club terms and conditions) for the new fixture and a refund offered to those not able to attend.

Refund requests must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the kick-off of the rearranged fixture. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to obtain the new date and kick-off time of the rearranged fixture.

In the event that a match has to be played out of view of the public (“Behind Closed Doors”); or match attendance numbers are restricted as a consequence of any government, Football Authority or other regulatory body guidance or direction: The Club will endeavour to provide each qualifying Home Match Ticket holder, without charge, with a streaming voucher to enable the ticket holder to view the Match live.

The provisions of this clause shall be subject to the permissions of the relevant Football Authority. Where a streaming voucher is made available in accordance with this clause, the Home Match Ticket may not be exchanged, refunded or used to attend any other Match, including where the qualifying Home Match Ticket Holder opts not to make use of such voucher.

In the event of postponement for any reason of the Match, the unused Home Match Ticket will be valid for entry to the subsequent re-arranged Match (if any).
