Travelling Away Fans Information

Everything you need in one simple guide.

Ticket information and prices for away fans will be available via your Club.

If tickets cannot be collected from your club, then these will be available to collect from the away ticket collection point. 

There are away tickets available on the day, with the ticket point located past Bar 71, which is located alongside the Arkell's Stand. 

Travelling from the East and West:

Leave the M4 at Junction 15. Take the Commonhead Roundabout. Turn left onto the A4259 Marlborough Road. 

Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto Queens Drive. At the next set of roundabouts take the 3rd exit onto County Road - the entrance to the ground is on the first right. 

Travelling from the Midlands:

Take the M40 to Junction 9. Then take the A43, A34 and then the A420 into Swindon. 

At Drakes' Roundabout turn onto Queen's Drive. At the next set of roundabouts take 3rd exit onto County Road, the entrance to the stadium is the first right. 

Travelling by train

From the front of the station, facing the The Great Western Hotel, turn left onto Station Road and then head right onto Corporation Street. 

At the traffic lights turn left onto Manchester Road. At the end of Manchester Road turn right onto County Road. 

The entrance to the stadium is the second left. This walk should take approximately 10 minutes. 

Parking is located at multiple locations. Supporters can park at St Joseph's School behind the Ground on Ocotal Way. Alternatively you can park at Drove Primary School or Swindon Cricket Club, spaces cost £5 and are on a first come first served basis. 

The postcode for St Joseph’s is SN3 3LR, Drove Primary School is SN1 3AH and Swindon Cricket Club is SN1 2ED.

There is a dedicated kiosk located with the away stand which is stocked with a variety of hot and cold refreshments, pasties and sausage rolls. Away fans can access a burger or greek streetfood van located within the main car park, while there is a Fish & Chips shop just across the road and roundabout from the ground.

There are a number of pubs located within the main town centre and within walking distance from The County Ground, although visiting supporters are advised to check in advance which pubs will be available to them.

Swindon Town's Official Matchday Programme, which features an extensive look at the away team, will be priced at £4 and can be purchased from a number of sellers outside The County Ground. 

You can also purchase a programme from The STFC Store, which is located at the bottom of the main car park.
