The SAS Travel office is open:
Tuesday (Home Matchdays) – In Person from 6pm
Tuesday (Away Matchdays) – Closed
Tuesday (Non Matchdays) – Phone Bookings Only 7pm-8pm
Thursday – In Person or By Phone 7pm – 8pm
Saturday (Home Matchdays) – In Person from 1pm
Before all home fixtures until 30 minutes before kick-off.

All seats must be paid for at the time of booking.
Proof of age may be required when booking Junior seats.
Credit/debit card payment will be taken at the time of booking.
All Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

The following guidelines are designed to allow SAS Travel to ensure that they can take as many fans as want to travel with them to each away game.
- As a general rule, SAS Travel have to order coaches one week before the fixture date. Therefore, if you leave booking until within this time, they cannot always guarantee that there will still be spaces available.
- After this time, SAS Travel will always try (alongside their coach provider) to source further coaches and meet all the demand for spaces, although they cannot run a coach unless economically viable to do so.
- SAS Travel tend to open games for booking around three weeks before the fixture date and usually have three fixtures booking at any one time. This may increase to four due to fixture rearrangements.
- SAS Travel advise that the best policy is to book as early as you can to ensure that you get the spaces that you want.
