Football Fans in Training Programme

THE Swindon Town Football in the Community Trust's new Football Fans In Training (FFIT) programme starts on Thursday 15th Jan 2015 from 6.30 – 8pm at The County Ground.
 
The FFIT project is a 12 week programme for men, that will support you to eat more healthily, become more active and over the long term improve your wellbeing. This programme has been running since 2010 in partnership  with all the Scottish Premier League teams. During this time the outcomes and success stories from the participants have been very impressive. We are very excited to be the first English professional football club to deliver FFIT and we look forward to you joining us on this project.

The criteria for you to join the free FFIT course is that you are age:

•         Age 35 – 65
•         Waist size of 38 inches or above ( This is not trouser Size as this could fall below 38 Inches)
•         Body Mass Index (BMI) of at least 28kg/m2 (To measure your BMI please use the NHS BMI calculator www.nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Healthyweightcalculator.aspx )
